We don’t have current plans to offer a membership/season pass. With that said, keep an eye out for our other passes and ticket bundles and please take us up on a loyalty match so we can get you early/better access to the other things we do that will get you closer to that ‘unlimited movie’ feeling.

We are currently in the process of planning renovations for our Montecillo location, with updates anticipated before the end of the year. In the meantime, guests can expect the full Flix experience they know and love, including in-theater dining, craft beer, and reserved seating.

Unfortunately, we can't collect or honor Gift Cards from other theater chains.  But if you want to stop by when we open, we will try to make it right with you as best we can!

Yes! Circle Rewards is free to join. Sign in and purchase tickets through our website to earn points and qualifying visits! Plus, get a free popcorn upon sign up! Fill up your digital punch card and receive a free ticket after every 5th visit at Flix. You'll also earn points on Box Office purchases that are redeemable for free tickets in the future. You can also get milestone perks within The Circle based on the number of visits in a calendar year. At 20 visits, your online booking fees are waived, and you'll receive a free popcorn with every visit! At 30 visits, you'll receive a companion pass (2-for-1 tickets)! Milestone perks are valid for the remainder of the year into the following year.

Flix is primarily designed for guests 17 and older. Age 17+:  May see any show any time. Ages 6 to 16: Good to go for all rated G, PG and PG-13 shows if you are with a parent or responsible adult.  Ages 2-5: Can see all G, PG, and PG-13 movies that start before 7 pm, but not after. R-rated films are intended for guests 17+. Infants and toddlers are only allowed during Flix Junior events. 

For everyone’s safety, all bags are subject to inspection. Purse-sized bags are welcome in the auditorium, but larger bags should stay in your vehicle.

 
We begin seating 30 minutes prior to showtime in order to provide food and beverage service before the feature begins.  We do not seat late arrivals after the feature begins! So please help us protect the moviegoer experience and arrive on time.

If you are unable to make the original showtime, we’re able to swap the tickets for a different showtime or provide a refund up to one hour before showtime. To process a refund, you can follow the link at the bottom of your confirmation email.  
 
You may also contact our Box Office and a member of our team will be happy to assist you with a refund or ticket swap.

If you’ve purchased your tickets online, you can head straight into the theater and your server will check your tickets. Please have your tickets available on your phone to validate. Alternatively, our taproom kiosks can easily pull up your tickets and print them for you on the spot. Or our guest services team is also available for any questions you may have.  

Woohoo! After selecting your desired film and seats, please be sure to click the 'USE A VOUCHER CODE' button on the ticket selection page. Please enter your voucher code (FBHXXXX), click apply, and then click the '+' to use this as your ticket type with a $0 value. You may repeat for as many tickets as necessary. Some exclusions apply. Not valid for 3D or special events. No cash value. Please note the expiration date. 

Flix Brewhouse provides the best cinema experience possible. Those who are found to be disruptive in the theater will be asked to leave without a refund. This includes chatty moviegoers, those who cannot keep their phone usage to a minimum (or at least understand the concept of dark mode…and don’t even get us started on turning on flashlights!), and children who talk, scream, or don’t stay in their seat. Please alert a staff member if another person is disrupting your moviegoing experience. In addition, any photography, still or motion, of a copyrighted cinematic presentation is a criminal offense under anti-piracy laws. Please remember: You talk, you text, you leave.

We really do! And we’re award-winning! From the Great American Beer Festival (GABF) to the US Open of Beer, Flix brewers routinely bring home medals. Have a couple during the film and you’ll understand why!

Your order and overall experience are in your hands, and we’re here to help in any number of ways.  For the tech-savvy Flix fans, and occasional introverts, feel free to use the QR code to place your order on your mobile device (remember, dark mode/low light is your friend and no one wants to see your flashlight…ever).   
OR, if you prefer, our service team will be more than happy to guide you through the menu, take your order, and, at the press of the call button located within reach of your seat, bring you anything else you need during the film.   
And we’re happy to do a little bit of both…we start the order, you take over from there, or vice versa.  Our freshly prepared food, handcrafted cocktails, award-winning craft beers, and friendly team are here for you to enjoy in the method most convenient to you…and feel free to change your mind on how best to enjoy Flix from visit to visit! 

We automatically apply an 18% gratuity for your convenience. Your tip is distributed among our service team and ensures team members are appropriately compensated. If you feel that our service was not up to your expectations, please contact a member of our team, and they’ll adjust the gratuity to what you feel is appropriate.

Flix Junior is an all-ages-welcome movie event! Guests can expect dim lighting and adjusted volume levels for sensitive ears. Occasional chatter is allowed (we get it), and adaptive technology may be used. If this sounds like an ideal environment for your family’s needs - we invite you to join us for a Flix Junior showing!

We are happy to accommodate service animals for our guests whenever seating is available. We recommend purchasing an additional seat for your service animal if you're seeing a movie to ensure you are as comfortable as possible. If an additional seat is not purchased, you will need to ensure the service animal does not encroach on other ticketed guests' seats or our service aisles.
