REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS

By joining Flix Brewhouse's rewards program, The Circle, you'll be agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions and consenting that the information you provide to The Circle rewards program and your purchase history at Flix Brewhouse may be used to:

1. Create my profile from The Circle program application form, update my profile with my purchase preferences and share my information within the Flix Brewhouse group of companies.
2. Track my purchases and allocate points according to my purchase records.
3. Update me periodically about Flix Brewhouse's sales programs through which I may earn rewards points.

FLIX BREWHOUSE REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Circle rewards points are non-transferable.
2. Rewards points are redeemed on a "first earned, first redeemed" basis. Points that are not redeemed within 24 months of when earned automatically expire and will be removed permanently from member accounts.
3. The Circle rewards program allows the holder, upon presentation of their account number, to earn points at Flix Brewhouse any location.
4. The rewards points accumulated by you cannot be transferred to any other customer nor exchanged for cash.
5. You may check your Flix Brewhouse rewards program points accumulated by you by visiting: www.flixbrewhouse.com
6. Rewards points may not be earned through third party apps or sales programs such as Fandango, Movie Pass, Atom Tickets, MovieTickets.com, etc. 
7. Flix Brewhouse reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions and/or suspend the Flix Brewhouse rewards program. In the event of such modification and/or suspension, Flix Brewhouse will notify its members via email as well as communicate this on our website. Customers will not receive any compensation from Flix Brewhouse in the event of a suspension of the program.
8. Flix Brewhouse reserves the right to:

• Permanently disable or suspend The Circle rewards program and/or Flix Brewhouse rewards card, in the event of fraud or attempted fraud by a member at any Flix Brewhouse store and/or on www.Flix Brewhouse.com or by the member's inappropriate use of the Flix Brewhouse rewards program.
• Terminate The Circle rewards program for any reason whatsoever by informing members via email as well as on our website.
• In the case of a termination and/or suspension of The Circle rewards program, Flix Brewhouse will NOT be liable to members for unused points.

1. Flix Brewhouse shall not be liable for any system malfunction, system failure or disruption in access to The Circle rewards program, or any consequences, direct or indirect, arising from the same.
2. Flix Brewhouse may at appropriate time and at its sole discretion revise these Terms & Conditions of use at any time by amending this page. Members are therefore advised to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes Flix Brewhouse has made. Members understand and agree that any use of The Circle rewards program after the date on which the Terms & Conditions have changed are subject to the amended Terms & Conditions.
