Digital vouchers will be delivered every Monday and Friday following your purchase to the email address you provided. You will also receive a reminder email on January 1, 2026, when the voucher becomes active.
If you do not receive your voucher email on the next Monday or Friday after purchasing, please check your spam/junk folder or reach out to gifthelp@flixbrewhouse.com and include the purchaser's email address and the order number.
After selecting your desired film and seats, please be sure to click the 'USE A VOUCHER CODE' button on the ticket selection page. Please enter your voucher code (FBHXXXX), click apply, and then click the '+' to use this as your ticket type with a $0 value. You may repeat these steps if redeeming multiple vouchers.
The voucher may be used for any 2D film, excluding BrewFests, FanFests, FirstFests, 3D or pass restricted films.
Your free movie voucher is valid from January 1, 2026 through February 26, 2026 and is non-refundable so make sure you are picking a film you want to see!

To buy an e-gift card, select your desired amount, provide the recipient's name and email address, and enter your billing information. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and the recipient will receive the e-gift card immediately.
You can purchase physical gift cards in person at any Flix Brewhouse location. Visit the Box Office, and a team member will be happy to assist you!
Unfortunately, we do not offer mailing for gift cards at this time. However, you can purchase them online or in person at any Flix Brewhouse location!
To use your gift card for online ticket purchases, select the "PAY BY GIFT CARD" option at checkout and enter your gift card number. For in-person purchases, present your gift card to a team member at the Box Office or to your server.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
