GIFT CARDS

To buy an e-gift card, select your desired amount, provide the recipient's name and email address, and enter your billing information. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and the recipient will receive the e-gift card immediately.

You can purchase physical gift cards in person at any Flix Brewhouse location. Visit the Box Office, and a team member will be happy to assist you!

Unfortunately, we do not offer mailing for gift cards at this time. However, you can purchase them online or in person at any Flix Brewhouse location!

To use your gift card for online ticket purchases, select the "PAY BY GIFT CARD" option at checkout and enter your gift card number. For in-person purchases, present your gift card to a team member at the Box Office or to your server.

You can check your gift card balance right here on our website! You can also ask a team member at the Box Office.

If your gift card is lost or stolen, please contact gifthelp@flixbrewhouse.com with your card details, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Nope! Flix gift cards never expire, so you can use them whenever you’d like!
