• Digital vouchers will be emailed every Monday following your purchase to the email address provided at checkout. You'll also receive a reminder email on August 6, 2026, when vouchers become active.
• If you don't receive your voucher email by the following Monday, check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't locate it, contact gifthelp@flixbrewhouse.com and include the purchaser's email address and order number. 

Vouchers may be redeemed online or in theatre. To redeem online, select your film and seats, click USE A VOUCHER CODE, enter your voucher code (FBHXXXX), click Apply, then select the $0 voucher ticket type. If redeeming multiple vouchers, repeat these steps for each code. To redeem in theatre, simply present your physical or digital voucher at the Box Office when purchasing your ticket. 

Almost! Vouchers are valid for one standard 2D admission and may be redeemed online or in theatre. They are not valid for FanFests, FirstFests, 3D, or pass-restricted films. 

Don't let this cool deal melt away! Vouchers are valid from August 6, 2026 through September 30, 2026 and are non-refundable, so be sure to use them before they expire.
