If you were part of a rewards program at one of our newly added locations, no worries. Your loyalty still counts, and we’re working to carry over your previous status so you can keep earning and enjoying all the benefits of being part of the Flix family.
Below are answers to common questions about how your rewards account will transition to Circle Rewards.

Fans, Citizens, Fighters, and Captains do not need to complete this form. Signing up for Circle Rewards automatically places you into the Flix Fan tier.

Your local theater has joined the Flix Brewhouse family! As part of this change, the existing rewards program at these locations will transition to Circle Rewards, our guest loyalty program.
Yes! To get started, you’ll just need to create a Circle Rewards account. Once you’re signed up, submit the status match form and our team will take care of updating your membership to the appropriate tier based on your previous rewards status.
Your tier status will be matched based on your previous rewards level. While your status will carry over, individual visits or points will not transfer and will start fresh in your Circle Rewards account.
Your previous rewards level will determine your starting Circle Rewards tier:

While Season Pass memberships don’t transfer directly to Circle Rewards, we want to offer a one-time upgrade to Circle Rewards Gold Status. Guests from participating theaters who had an active Season Pass as of January 1, 2026 will be eligable for wavied online booking fees and free classic popcorn on each visit for the remainder of the qualifying year.
To be considered, just submit the conversion form along with proof of eligibility. If approved, you’ll be able to enjoy Gold benefits as you transition into the Flix Brewhouse loyalty program. Please note that Season Passes canceled or expired before January 1, 2026 are not eligible.
Circle Rewards is not a subscription service or a monthly movie pass.
Circle Rewards offers exciting perks, including:
- Free Popcorn upon Sign Up: Receive a popcorn voucher by email within 24 hours of joining.
- Free Movie Ticket: Earn a free movie ticket after every 5th visit.
- Gold Status (20 Visits): Online booking fees are waived and you’ll receive free popcorn with each ticketed visit.
- Platinum Status (30 Visits): Unlock a companion pass for 2-for-1 tickets.
- Rotating Perks: Enjoy a free birthday dessert and rotating offers like free appetizers or half-off entrées.
- Earn Points on Ticket Purchases: Earn points on every ticket purchase, redeemable for movie tickets or eligible food and non-alcoholic beverages.

Circle Rewards will be active as soon as you sign up and your local Flix Brewhouse is open for business. Your benefits will automatically apply when you make purchases online or at the theater using your registered email.
If you’re requesting a status match based on a previous rewards level, please submit the status match form. These requests are reviewed manually and may take up to 3 business days to process. Once completed, any upgraded tier benefits will be available in your Circle Rewards account.
Circle Rewards runs on a calendar year (January 1–December 31), and visits reset every January 1.
If you qualify for Gold or Platinum, your status will remain active through the end of the year. If you reach the required number of visits again, your status will carry over into the following year.
To keep Gold or Platinum status, you’ll need to meet the minimum visit requirement each year.
