The Circle is our rewards program at Flix! Sign in and purchase tickets through our website to earn points and qualifying visits! Plus, get a free popcorn upon sign up! Fill up your digital punch card and receive a free ticket after every 5th visit at Flix. You'll also earn points on Box Office purchases that are redeemable for free tickets in the future. You can also get milestone perks within The Circle based on the number of visits in a calendar year. At 20 visits, your online booking fees are waived, and you'll receive a free popcorn with every visit! At 30 visits, you'll receive a companion pass (2-for-1 tickets)! Milestone perks are valid for the remainder of the year into the following year. 

Unlike some movie chains, there’s no program fee. Even better, as a bonus for joining The Circle you get a free popcorn on your first visit and a free dessert on your birthday. You'll also receive a free movie ticket after every 5th visit!

Members receive a free ticket after every 5th visit at Flix! Tickets will automatically be applied to your Circle Rewards account 24 hours after the qualifying visit. Additionally, you'll earn points for every box office transaction. 

In addition, for every dollar you spend on movie tickets (tax not included), you’ll earn 5 points. Every 200 points earned can be redeemed for $1 off tickets at the box office. It's raining tickets for our Circle Rewards members!

You can earn points by logging into your Circle Rewards account and purchasing tickets on our website. You can also earn points when purchasing tickets in person at our box office. Just provide your phone number at the time of booking, and they'll automatically be applied to your account. For every dollar you spend on movie tickets (tax not included), you’ll earn 5 points. Your points can be redeemed for discounts on tickets, food, and non-alcoholic beverages at any Flix Brewhouse. Every 200 points earned can be redeemed for $1 off your purchase. Beginning in spring of 2025, you'll be able to redeem your points for tickets online!

Unfortunately, only purchases made after signing up are eligible for your Circle account.

In order to reach tiered status, you’re required to meet the visit minimum. All first-run films as well as Flix Pick titles (Flix Fests, Flix Junior showings, etc.) will count towards your visit total.

• Visits are calculated by each showtime, not ticket quantity
• Visits will reset Jan. 1st every calendar year
• In the event of a refund, the visit will be taken off the total
• Tickets purchased from third party movie ticketing sites will not count towards visit total. Qualifying visits must be purchased at our box office or through FlixBrewhouse.com

When you log in to your account, you will see your digital punch card, available points as well as rewards you are eligible for. On the same screen you'll see a tracker with how close you are to attaining Gold and Platinum status. 

Once a member accrues 20 visits in a calendar year, they hit gold status! That means no more online booking fees and free popcorn on each visit for the remainder of the qualifying year and the following year. Pretty good deal, right?

Once a member accrues 30 visits in a calendar year, they will have earned the coveted Platinum status! They will receive a companion pass (2-for-1 tickets)! This awesome perk is valid for the remainder of the qualifying year and the following year.

Check your email! Your free popcorn code is sent to you within a few hours after sign up. To redeem, simply show the code to your server in the theater upon opening a check. If paying by phone, please select ‘Add promo code’ in the payment screen. Then copy and paste your unique code into the field to apply.

Happy birthday! Your free dessert code is sent to you the morning of your birthday. To redeem, simply show the code to your server in the theater upon opening a check. After your fifth qualifying visit, a voucher for a free ticket will appear in your account! You can use this ticket either online or at the box office for any 2D showing on the following 28 days after your visit (exclusions apply). Upon selecting a valid showing, you’ll select “Free Ticket” in the ticket type screen. If unused during the 28 day timespan, the perk will expire and go away until after your 10th visit, etc. Make sure you pick something you want to see because we can’t transfer or exchange these tickets once they’re booked.

Unused points expire 24 months after date earned. Redemptions are applied to your oldest earned and unused points within the preceding 24 month period. Some discounts and promotions within the program will have shorter expiration time periods. Be sure to visit Flix Brewhouse often and take advantage of the rewards you’ve earned.

For existing members, we allow a 30-day grace period from the date of purchase to add points to your account. You can contact our box office or email your receipt to circle@flixbrewhouse.com. Unfortunately, transactions made before signing up for the program are not eligible.

Unfortunately no. We always recommend purchasing your tickets directly through FlixBrewhouse.com so you can reserve your seat and earn your points.

At this time, only individual purchases are eligible for earning points. 

You may earn points on any ticket purchase up to 10 tickets per show. Any additional tickets purchased over 10 are not eligible to earn points.

Circle points are designed to reward YOU for being awesome! So any points earned on your account will be locked to your account.

You do not earn points on gift cards, food or beverage. The only way to earn points is via box office transactions. If you’re using your points to pay, you do not earn points for the dollars discounted with points.

Flix team members are not eligible for The Circle program. Any accounts with fraudulent activity will be removed by Flix management, the account will be suspended permanently, and the points will no longer be available. Flix Brewhouse reserves the right to change or modify the rewards, redemption values, or terms of the program at any time, or to void accounts at the sole discretion of Flix Brewhouse.
